2. Press "Press here to get your code" button you will be redirected.
3. Now choose amount of psn card you want.
4. You will be redirected to site where it shows all available codes. (Choose code which is available otherwise you may get used code.
5. Complete antibot verification this is just to prevent mass downloading codes.
6. Now you will get your code on notepad file :)
